At our clinics, our doctors and nurses conduct a thorough physical exam. Patients must have current medical records that validate their medical condition so our physicians can review them. We do not perform diagnostic testing, so it is vital that each patient have current medical records that show a diagnosis of one of the qualifying conditions. After the physician reviews a patient's medical records, then the doctor conducts an interview with each patient, then writes several pages of medical documents that permit the patient to legally possess, use and grow medical marijuana.

Patients in any of the 12 states that currently allow medicinal marijuana are qualified if they've been previously diagnosed with chronic pain, chronic nausea, AIDS, cancer, glaucoma, chronic muscle spasms and other spastic disorders such as multiple sclerosis, seizure disorders such as epilepsy, gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS, Crohn's disease and the inability to eat, or patients who have medical treatments for other conditions that cause one of these conditions.

The Hemp & Cannabis Foundation is working to educate the public about the truth concerning hemp and cannabis as well as helping medical marijuana patients. We have several clinics where our doctors help patients obtain a permit for medical marijuana.

We see patients every week in Portland, Seattle and Denver as well as every month in Honolulu, Hilo, Spokane, Bend and Medford. We have helped over 15,000 patients obtain a permit to legally possess, use and grow medical marijuana.
